The San Francisco Domestic Violence Consortium Celebrating 30 Years

More than 200 people attended the gala at the Open Square at Futures Without Violence. The DVC was pleased to present the following awards to four outstanding leaders:

The Tanya Neiman Award for Advocacy and Social Justice

- Minouche Kandel and Staci Martin, distinguished attorneys at Bay Area Legal Aid.

The Kamala D. Harris Award for Public Service

- Sunny Schwartz, leader and changemaker who after 32 years with the San Francisco Sheriff's Department is now bringing her passion for justice,

healing and innovation to the San Francisco Adult Probation Department.

 

 

 

 



The San Francisco Domestic Violence Consortium Lifetime Achievement Award

- Esta Soler, the founder and president of Futures Without Violence, honored for her lifetime of bold leadership, courage and a legacy of innovation.
